About Us

Erik “Rico” Claire has been serving up the best food to both military and civilian patrons for over 20 years.  A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.  He  has honorable served his country for over 20 years and has been an executive chef of  several Coast Guard dining facilities.

He is also a certified culinary instructor at the prestigious Culinary Training Center in Petaluma, California. 

Always looking to challenge his skills, Chef Rico holds two Gold and one Silver Medals from sanctioned American Culinary Federation competitions, plus many more trophies and medals from other local events.

Chef Rico is classically trained in French cuisine, however, his passion is to fuse the best culinary traditions of every region.   Teamed with his wife Dana, a renown baker in her own rite, they  make a combination that is sure to tempt any palate.

They believes in using
locally grown sustainable foods because they provide the best quality of food and is good for the environment.
